Refund Policy

This Refund Policy describes how Categorygoodsal (“we,” “us”) handle returns and refunds for LUMIBELLA and related products purchased through categorygoodsal.world or as otherwise agreed in writing.
1. Cooling-off and general approach
Where federal or state consumer laws in your jurisdiction provide a right of cancellation or return, those rights apply in addition to this policy. We aim to resolve refund requests fairly and promptly when products are defective, damaged in transit, or materially different from what you ordered.
2. Eligible items
- Items must be returned in original packaging when reasonably possible, with seals intact, and without signs of misuse.
- For hygiene reasons, opened cosmetic products may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or covered by a mandatory statutory warranty.
3. Time limits
Contact us within fourteen (14) calendar days of delivery if you wish to cancel a qualifying purchase or report a problem. Defective items must be reported within thirty (30) calendar days of delivery unless a longer period is required by law.
4. How to request a refund
Email response@categorygoodsal.world with your order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photos if the item arrived damaged. We will confirm instructions and, where applicable, provide a prepaid return label or equivalent.
5. Refund method and timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method unless that is not technically possible, in which case we will propose an alternative. Processing typically takes five to ten business days after we receive the returned item or approve a refund without return, depending on your bank or card issuer.
6. Shipping costs
If you cancel under a statutory cooling-off period and the item is eligible for return, we will refund the product price and standard outbound shipping costs where required by law. If you return items for personal reasons outside those rights, outbound shipping may be non-refundable and return shipping may be your responsibility unless we state otherwise.
7. Non-refundable items
Gift cards, digital downloads if offered, and items marked as final sale at checkout may not be refundable. Customized or personalized items may not be eligible unless defective.
8. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can help. Unresolved chargebacks may result in account restrictions where permitted by law.
